Keith is a man of many hats. He is the vision and impetus behind Soobie Surgeons. Keith has been tinkering with cars for over 40 years! Although, he did not start his career in the automotive industry, after his last stint in corporate America, Keith had had enough! He decided it was time to put his high standards and drive for excellence into the things he loves – cars and making sure folks get a square deal. We are so glad he did, and so will you. You can be sure that your car will be taken care of just as if his kids were going to be behind the wheel, with trust and integrity.

Terri is a woman who tells an inspiring tale. She didn’t become an engine building guru until she was in her 50’s! That’s right, all of you who think it’s too late for you. No longer able to do major heavy lifting, and long hours on her feet, she pulled up a chair next to Keith to see what was involved in repairing an engine, and the rest was history. She put her natural mechanical ability, her keen eye, and her love of puzzles to work. Trained by an expert engine builder – a new career was launched!

Ben’s nickname is “Blizzard”. He earned the nickname driving through numerous blizzards thanks to his trusty Subaru Forester and a set of Nokian Hakkapeliita snow tires. Ben oversees our operations here at Soobie Surgeons. He manages projects and does all of Soobie Surgeon’s marketing.

When he isn’t working, Ben likes to go biking, camping, keep his forester squeaky clean, spend time with his golden retrievers and eat new and exciting foods. 

After owning an organic nursery for nearly a decade, Diane came to Soobie Surgeons to help run the administrative side of the company. She oversees all of the company’s personnel and finances as well as assists in general project management. Diane also develops the company’s infrastructure and systems.

In her own time, Diane enjoys knitting, quilting, camping and fine wines. She is also an avid reader, traveler and cook. 

From supplier relations, customer care, quotes and invoices to special projects and research, Laura does it all! Laura also works with Ben to manage social media and writing for Soobie Surgeons.

Laura describes herself as a “whiskey and steak kind of gal”. She loves fishing, camping, and her home state of Michigan.
